Located on the edge of Alsea Bay, the Bay's Edge is a luxury townhome with fabulous scenic views of the bay and the Alsea Bay Bridge. Sleek and modern with luxury accents throughout, this beautiful townhome sleeps up to 13 guests with five bedrooms and five and a half baths.

The second-floor open concept living space features large windows with high ceilings that maximize natural light and the fabulous view of the bay and bridge. This spacious area has a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, a beautiful solid surface waterfall island with seating, a large stainless farm sink, and dining table for family and friends to enjoy a fantastic meal together. The living room has plenty of seating for all, an electric fireplace to create a wonderful evening ambiance and a large television to enjoy watching a movie or favorite sports team! The deck, just off the dining room, has more views and a covered hot tub to soak away the day's explorations.

With five bedrooms in Bay's Edge, there is space to find privacy when needed! Four of them have their own television and heat/air conditioner. The beautiful primary bedroom is on the third floor with the same fantastic views that the open concept living room has. You will not want to leave this wonderful relaxing bedroom! In addition, there is a spa like ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower, a large soaking tub and two sink vanity. This room features a comfy king bed, a sitting area with an electric fireplace and a large television. Also on the third floor are two more bedrooms, both with queen beds and one with its own ensuite bath. A full bath is in the hall. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bath. On the main entry, walk down the hall and find a washer/dryer and a bath with a walk-in tiled shower. The bedroom on this level has a king bed (it can be split into two twins with prior notice). The room next to it is an office/den with a twin futon television and desk for those that might need to do a work-ation! Additional sleeping arrangements can be found with the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

When the surf and wildlife beckon you to explore, you will have easy access to the bay just steps away. On the bay, wildlife viewing of harbor seals, migratory and non-migratory birds, and other sea life can be found. Put your kayak into the bay and follow a 10-mile route along the Alsea River, Drift Creek and Lint Slough where you might be joined by seals, river otters and lots of birds! Just 20 minutes to the north is Newport where many more adventures await! Located in the small town of Waldport, whether exploring the antique shops or dining at local restaurants, you can walk to everything from this home!

We stayed in unit 1 at Bays Edge in Waldport and can’t recommend it enough for a large family gathering! Hot tub, a luxurious master bedroom and bath, every room and detail felt extraordinary. There was plenty of room for everyone and the game room/garage was so cool for the kids! We will absolutely be staying there again! 10/10

Everything was great. The whole place was very tastefully decorated and felt pet friendly and family friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed exploring the games and each room was cozy and classy. The master suite was fantastic!

Great amenities in unit, beautiful views from the kitchen/living/dining and the primary unit is gorgeous. We didn't stay too long but there are tons of beds, an office you're planning a longer stay and walking distance to grocery/coffee/restaurants/parks and beautiful views of the Alsea bay. Binoculars in the living room were great to watch the wildlife.

Beautiful views, stunning home. Nice bright, clean, just amazing. They thought of everything you could possibly want and/or need. Couldn’t even begin to find any fault with this home. Very high end appearance. The master bedroom should be called a spa. We clammed mere steps from the home, beach was right there. Amazing bay view. We enjoyed seeing the seals come up during low tide to bask out on the sand bars. Our dogs loved the runs on the sand. We did a bonfire and roasted marshmallows. Very memorable experience. Perfect spot for the Waldport fireworks display. Have always enjoyed all of the homes I’ve rented from Sweet Homes but this one took the cake.

Great space, wonderful view and great location. Well stocked kitchen, nice beds. So many bathrooms! We really enjoyed our time here. Great table for board games and family meals.
