The open concept living and dining area is a perfect space to relax, read a good book, enjoy the view or put together a puzzle. A large desk is also provided for those that may want to work remotely but still get away! The tidy kitchen is fully furnished where you can either cook up a fantastic meal or order takeaway from many of the fabulous Nye Beach restaurants that are scattered throughout the neighborhood. There is one comfy bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and a full bath. Upstairs in the loft area is the second bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. The view from the loft bedroom is one to enjoy - stunning sunsets and early morning glistening waves. Sit out on the balcony and sip one of your favorite beverages while you people, whale, and ocean watch - it's a perfect way to relax.
Ocean Memories is conveniently located on the central Oregon coast which makes it a perfect launching point to explore many of the coast's natural wonders. The condominium building has an elevator for those that don't want to take the stairs! The Nye Beach neighborhood is know for its beach, shops, galleries, and great restaurants, all within walking distance. Don't forget to check out Yaquina Head Lighthouse, the working bay front in Newport, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and many other spectacular natural areas.

Great view, location. Very clean and comfortable. Rental team is available and responsive. Really appreciate how close it is to great restaurants and shopping. Love the view and the loft bedroom is really nice.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location in Newport. It’s an amazing property that is right on the beach and in walking distance of many different cafés, restaurants, art shops, and stores. Besides the ocean view, everything was clean well organized with a fully stocked kitchen and two large beds to sleep in as well as two bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again soon.

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and being right on the beach was so special. The condo was stocked perfectly! From beach chairs to puzzles and books to a well stocked kitchen, this condo had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

Very clean. Well stocked. Excellent location - right on beach and restaurants and small market just a short walk away. Easy check-in/check-out. We caught some crab and were able to steam it with steamer pot provided in condo. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay here, well stocked condo with easy beach access. Great location to drive to Yaquina Bay Natural Area, Seal Rock, even Cape Perpetua. Beautiful views and don’t miss sunset walks on clear days! Beds are comfortable and good communication about checking in/ parking etc. Wonderful family memories for years to come:)

This property is beautiful!! It has all of the conveniences of home. A very well appointed kitchen with all things needed to enjoy a meal in. Located on the waterfront with fantastic ocean views in the heart of the Nye Beach community, this property was a great location for exploring the central Oregon coast. The host was easy to work with, parking was convenient and the property was well maintained.

Perfect both in the Newport area but also along the Oregon coast. A ton to do within a hour of Nye Beach. Condo was great as well with a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Overlooking the coast provided fantastic views and sunsets.

The unit is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can walk to everything. Incredible views of the beach. Plenty of games in the cabinet for down time. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need.

We were visiting for the Newport Paper and Book Arts Festival and this location was perfect in Nye Beach. We didn’t have enough free time to take advantage of the beachfront location but did carve out a little shopping trip. The elevator was great as the workshops required us to bring our own tools.

Our son was so excited with the condo! The beachfront view was awesome, and we loved the fact that loft had a full view of the beach, as well. The location of the condo and the condo itself were perfect for my friend group and our yearly beach trip. The condo was comfortable and spacious, and the view waa fantastic and we spent a lot of time looking out the windows or sitting on the balcony. The location was also ideal as it was so close to everything we needed and we didn't touch our car once.

Very comfortable and clean place in the heart of Nye Beach. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and the visual and performing arts centers. Loved the ocean views, especially from the upstairs bedroom. Really appreciated that both bedrooms were en suite. The kitchen was noticeably well equipped. Will definitely keep in mind when visiting Newport again.

The place was perfect for myself and 2 teenagers. We were right on the beach and could open the windows and listen to the ocean. We had one small issue the first day and the property manager arrived quickly and was great and fixed the issue. The place was very clean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
