Acres of beautiful, landscaped grounds and a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean will greet you when you arrive at the Oregon House. With Cape Perpetua to the north, Siuslaw National Forest to the east, and Heceta Head Lighthouse to the south, the Oregon House is located on some of the most beautiful and dramatic scenery along the Oregon coast.

This cozy studio, named Agate, can be found in building #2, on the upper level. It is very private as it is the only studio in the building. With a comfortable living area and king-sized bed, an expansive view, and kitchenette, it's hard to imagine needing anything else! Take the slider out to the deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf, providing the ultimate in relaxation.

Planning your stay with additional friends and family? There are eight more units available at Oregon House in case you need the room! The Oregon House can accommodate up to 22 people and is perfect for either a romantic getaway, a business retreat or a family reunion! The location makes the Oregon House the perfect home base for exploring the central Oregon coast.

This rental was better than expected. Beautiful scenery, great location, rental has everything you need. The area around the rental (Yachat's is absolutely stunning), I would rent this again. The beach area was beautiful, almost like "our" own beach. If you can't climb alot of steps this would not be for you, if you can it definitely is. We loved the rental, very cute!!! The view is remarkable, and for a studio, the place feels spacious. Yachats is a cool little town with good fish and a wonderful bakery. We've visited before and I'm sure we'll return. If you're looking for quiet, hiking, spectacular scenery -- this is the place.

Very cute little space! My husband and I enjoyed the view and access to the beach through a little trail. We did not have service in the area, but nothing that driving into Yachats roughly 13 minutes away couldn’t fix! It was nice to have some peace and quiet. I would recommend this space for any couples or friends looking for a simple space in between Florence and Yachats!

We loved our few days of downtime! The view was beautiful, the bed was so comfy, and we loved exploring the beach right in front of the cabin, which had the best tidepools I've ever seen - tons of anemones and urchins, starfish, and we even got to sit on the rocks and watch some sea otters for a while. We will definitely choose Sweet Homes again for a repeat visit!

It was quiet and peaceful. The grounds were extremely manicured and beautiful. The ocean views were spectacular some of the best we've had at our various rentals. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower had great water pressure. Couch and recliner were comfortable. Enjoyed the king size bed. Looking forward to the next time we can rent this unit.
