Floor to ceiling windows line the ocean-facing wall, providing the kitchen, dining and living room with ample natural light and an unbeatable view of the rocky and sandy shore. Enjoy the kitchen as you dish out a big breackfast to get your group through the day of exploring the unmatched beauty and excitement of the Oregon Coast. The living room has plenty of space and seating for the whole family to convene and to watch your favorite shows or just be mesmirized by the ocean! All bedrooms include their own streaming televisions for when it's time to wind down for the night. There are two bedrooms plus den downstairs, two with Queen beds and one with a King that can be split into two twins. The King bedroom has access to the deck with its own exterior door and ocean views. A full bath sits right off of the living room in the hallway. Two other bedrooms wait for you just up the stairs; one with a King bed and spectacular second floor ocean views and the other down the hall with a Queen bed. Another full bath is found between the two bedrooms. Enjoy the theater/game room attached to the house and watch your favorite movie or sports team on the 75" television.
Perfectly located in the center of town, yet quiet and private, the street-to-street property provides parking, a dog friendly fenced yard and easy access to walk to town.Tarry on the front deck facing the Yachats Estuary - soak up the view, watch the wildlife or just enjoy the people passing by. When the tide sweeps out, you enjoy the main sandy beach of Yachats. There is never a shortage of activities - from flying kites to looking for seashells. When the tide swells, relax to the sound of the waves! Feel like exploring? Check out boutiques and restaurants within a few blocks, or, choose to take the 804 Walking Trail and get some exercise on miles of sandy beach.

Great stay, very spacious. Enjoyed watching the tide go in and out through the big bay windows. Kitchen had all the accoutrements for entertaining. Comfy beds, quiet and dark at night. Grocery store close by and all the restaurants and gift shops were very friendly.

Perfect location to enjoy a long weekend with the extended family. We enjoyed being able to walk to beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The view is amazing and house was well equipt and comfortable.

Our beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view was amazing. We were close to town and beach access. I recommend staying at Rio Mar, I think you’ll really like it.

This home is spacious and cozy with an incredible view of ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms. The beds were comfy with nice linens, bathrooms were very clean and fresh, and kitchen was well appointed with essential tools for making a meal. The house is also a very short walk to the little business area in Yachats. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was such an incredible location and visit the first time, that we wanted to bring our family back. You can't beat the location. I think we parked our cars and walked everything for 4 days. It's a cozy little unit with just the essentials and a beautiful wall of windows to watch the tides, the beachgoers, the surfers and the whales. We'll be back!! It's the red house in the picture....

The view from the living room and dining room is awesome! The bedroom situation was great! There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. The mattresses were very comfortable. Great location for visiting beaches, both sandy and rocky, and for access to hiking trails, great house! Yachats is an amazing town - definitely, the gem of the coast.

We had fantastic stay at this home! This was our second time staying there. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking. What a lovely and cozy home! Everything was just as pictured. The rooms were very comfortable and the living spaces were very inviting. And making breakfast while I could see the waves come in was a real treat! Everyone was able to spread out and be comfortable, even our dogs! Everything was within walking distance as well! Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

We loved this house and location and it was perfect for our family vacation. The inside was immaculate, there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking pots, etc. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and an easy walk to the stores. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This lovely vacation home met all of our needs so wonderfully. One of our best moments was running to the beach to see the wonderful sunset and taking great pictures with wonderful splashing waves on the Yachats coast. There are rooms for all of my brothers and sisters. The kitchen was well set-up for our needs for a home-cooked meal. The room was perfect for sunrise with coffee, or watching a rainstorm cross the river. The location was excellent! Close to everything we need at groceries. A short walk to fabulous meals at the many great restaurants, 1-minute walk to beaches, and a 2-minute walk to the grocery....not driving was lovely! Thank you so much for hosting us!
