Rooms With A View is an ocean front home that sleeps 8 and is available for those of you looking for a 30 plus night stay! Visit the coast to relax, rejuvenate, or be creative; all within an easy walk to the sandy beach in front of this home. With fantastic ocean views you will be able to spot marine mammals off shore, birds bobbing in the water and other wildlife that calls the coast home.

This lovely home is outfitted with all you could need to enjoy an incredible extended vacation of 30 or more nights. The living room is ready to host your next movie night or sports watch-party with plenty of comfy seating surrounding a large TV and gas fireplace - not to mention the picturesque view of the ocean! The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking up a meal to enjoy at the dining table or a yummy picnic to take out on the ocean view deck. There are two dedicated workspaces for you to separate business from pleasure, as well as in-house laundry to match the convenience of home. The primary bedroom, right off of the living room, features a Queen bed, a breathtaking ocean view and an ensuite bath. A clawfoot tub to relax in after a day of exploring is a wonderful treat found in this bathroom. The second bedroom on the main floor has a comfy Queen bed and a second bath located next to the bedroom. Upstairs is a diverse loft space with two chairs to relax in and watch the ocean, a desk to set your laptop on, and a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa and television.

Beach access is two houses away at the end of the street where you will have access to miles of sandy beach. This home provides a lovely coastal experience, with the sights and sounds of the surf; the ultimate in relaxation. To explore you will find the lovely village of Yachats just to the south or drive north to Newport where you will find the historic bay front, Nye Beach and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Whether here to work or relax, there is plenty to do on the beautiful Oregon coast!
