The open concept of this townhome has an industrial vintage aesthetic that will boost your spirit and provide an unforgettable experience while staying in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome. Steel & Surf can accommodate up to 10 guests!

The second-floor open concept living space features large windows with high ceilings that maximize natural light. The spacious area has a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, a beautiful solid surface waterfall island with a large stainless farm sink, and a dining table for family and friends to enjoy a fantastic meal together. The living room has plenty of seating for all, an electric fireplace to create a wonderful evening ambiance, and a large television to enjoy watching a movie or favorite sports team! Walk out to the deck, relax and take in the view of the town of Waldport and a peek at the Alsea Bay and Bridge.

With four bedrooms in Steel & Surf, there is space to find privacy when needed! The three bedrooms on the third floor have their own television and heat/air conditioner. The Primary bedroom is on the third floor and has its own ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. Lounge in the king bed and enjoy a view of the Alsea Bay Bridge or watch your own shows on the large television in the bedroom. Down the hall are two more bedrooms with Queen beds as well as a full bath that they share. There is also a washer/dryer tucked away in the hall for your convenience. On the main entry, walk through the game room/garage and find another bedroom tucked away. This bedroom has a comfy queen bed and its own private bath. An exterior door from this bedroom takes you out to a two-person hot tub to sit in and let the day's adventure soak away! Additional sleeping arrangement can be found with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

When the surf and wildlife beckon you to explore, you will have easy access to the bay just steps away. On the bay, wildlife viewing of harbor seals, migratory and non-migratory birds, and other sea life can be found. Put your kayak into the bay and follow a 10-mile route along the Alsea River, Drift Creek and Lint Slough where you might be joined by seals, river otters and lots of birds! Just 20 minutes to the north is Newport where many more adventures await! Located in the small town of Waldport, whether exploring the antique shops or dining at local restaurants, you can walk to everything from this home!

The home was welcoming and very clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and small appliances. There were six of us and two dogs. We liked that there was plenty of room for cooks in the kitchen and the living space had ample room - separate from the sleeping spaces. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. They were dog friendly, even had special towels for their paws, treats and poop bags. It was easy to get in and hosts were very responsive. It is a bit of a walk for a green space to take the dogs out but that was not a big issue. We would definitely stay there again.

The home was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s laid out well with the living area separate from the bedrooms. It’s conveniently located and has a newly built mini golf course right across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Just had a fabulous 75th birthday weekend with my family at Steel and Surf! It's probably the nicest (newest!) place to stay in Waldport. The amenities are perfect, location fantastic, and when Treasure Bay opens across the street there will be built in fun and food right out the door! Will definitely use again in the future!

This place was FANTASTIC & exactly as described. It was super clean & very well maintained/organized. Plenty of space for our group. The beds were probably the best we’ve ever slept in when away from home. Big bonus that there is a TV in each room. The location is great, with almost everything within a walkable distance. My older kids spent an obscene amount of time trying to beat each other in ping pong, which helped them reconnect sans electronic devices. Awesome The home decor & zero clutter was perfect for my very curious & very fast almost 2 year old grandson. It was a great experience & we’ll absolutely be staying here in the future.

Beautiful place! The place was easy to find, and the directions were very clear to make our way in. Once we got to the place, they had it lit up for us, fireplace going and music playing on the TV, which made it very welcoming. The place was spotless, and had everything you needed plus more. Sweethome was absolutely amazing! The house was spacious, beautifully laid out, and the kitchen was such a joy to use—it felt like home the moment I walked in. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the coast every day. I even had the chance to go crabbing nearby, which was such a fun bonus! On top of that, the host was so attentive and welcoming, making sure everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. This place truly has everything you could ask for in a getaway. I’d happily come back and stay here again next time around—and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family visiting the area too. Highly recommend!
