The Ocean is a Nye Beach townhome that sleeps up to six which is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District. It is an easy walk to the Performing Arts Center, Coast Park which boasts state of the art play equipment (perfect for kids!), and Don Davis Park that gives you easy access to the sandy beach! This neighborhood is known for it's bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment all within walking distance.
Delightfully decorated to give the coastal vibe of the beach and the view that you have, this townhome is cozy and comfortable. The Ocean boasts a view of the beach and the Yaquina Head lighthouse from both bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1.5 baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the living, dining, and kitchen all on the main floor. The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast.
Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home. This townhome is part of a 4 plex - if you need extra room, you can rent all 4 of the units, including The Ocean, The Docks and The Mountains,
depending on your needs.

The Beach House Airbnb is in the perfect location. Short walks to the beach, good coffee, and shops. The Airbnb and neighborhood is super dog friendly and our dogs had a fun and comfortable time.

This is a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and our kids loved exploring the space. The bin of LEGOs kept our oldest son occupied for hours and being next to the park was so convenient. We highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Newport, but especially recommend for families with young kids. We’ll be back!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, had everything we needed, and was clean. The pots and pans were very sticky so bring lots of cooking spray or your own cooking stuff. The beds were so comfortable, including the sofa bed! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great. We loved the Nye Beach area. The place is layed out nicely so that people can spread out. You are a short walk to the beach as well as the Nye Beach area. It really isn't too far to walk to the harbor front as well. We did!

A perfect location for spending quality time with family. Enjoyed the patio and grill, loved the game table! We actually spotted whales from the incredible view from the upstairs bedroom.

We had a wonderful time here, it was clean and comfortable. Had everything to make it feel like home. Great for our family, even had a box of legos that kept my kids entertained when we weren’t on the beach or playing at the playground.

This is like a good hotel - all 4 townhouses in a row are for rent, and all of them are well maintained. We never saw hosts, but it was just fine. Everything was clean, quiet and nice.
