Both bedrooms are upstairs with the living, dining, and kitchen all on the main floor. The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast.
Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home. This townhome is part of a 4 plex - if you need extra room, you can rent all 4 of the units, including The Ocean, The Beach and The Mountains, depending on your needs.

This is a beautiful townhouse. All furnishings are new and beautiful. Very soundproof, never heard our neighbors. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Playground around the corner. So much to do in Newport, we will be back.

This is a great little townhome in the heart of Newport, near the historic Nye Beach district and about 10 minute drive from some great beaches (Agate, Cobble, South Beach). Everything in the place was clean and well-stocked, they had ample towels and toiletries for our use and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The beach toys and chairs under the stairs allowed us to lighten our own road trip load, and we appreciated coming home to comfortable large beds and hot showers after a long day of beaches. We loved our stay here!

All the amenities you will need! Our kids appreciated the toys and games and beach toys that were provided. You can beat the location - walking distance to the park, beach and town. Beds were super comfortable and Sean is super responsive. You won't regret booking a stay here!

Great place for kids! The slide to the park is in view from the front door and it is a short walk to the main park area. It was a short walk to the beach with easy access to a ramp to the sand. It was great to have 2 king size beds for comfortable sleeping. The area was quiet. The house was well stocked for kitchen and bathroom needs. It was a quick easy drive to the lighthouses, aquarium, science center, bay front. Very short, nice walk to Nye Beach area for good restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again.

Overall we felt like this was an excellent place to stay. Great location, very fast and efficient communication from the owner, and lots of extras that gave a real “feels like home” touch. Also more spacious than we were expecting. There’s not much to say other than it’s a good choice for a family stay at the beach! Our young kids loved it too!

We were at Corona for less than a week but my husband said it felt like a month! So relaxing with perfect view and lots to do close by. Everything like the picture! Would recommend and stay here again.
