The Mountains is a Nye Beach townhome that sleeps up to six and is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District. It is an easy walk to the Performing Arts Center, Coast Park which boasts state of the art play equipment (perfect for kids!), and Don Davis Park that gives you easy access to the sandy beach! This neighborhood is known for it's bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment all within walking distance.

Delightfully decorated to give the coast mountain range vibe, this townhome is cozy and comfortable. The Mountains has 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1.5 baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the living, dining, and kitchen all on the main floor. The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast.

Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home. This townhome is part of a 4 plex - if you need extra room, you can rent all 4 of the units, including The Ocean, The Beach and The Docks, depending on your needs.

The Mountains townhome is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. This home is set up well and very comfortable, the space is newly remodeled with all new appliances and furniture. We spent the entire week here and did not run out of things to do on the coast, would recommend this spot for a great stay in Newport.

Great place, in terrific shape, with plenty of room for our family of six! Essentially a two-level townhouse with kitchen and large living room downstairs, two big bedrooms upstairs. Check-in was a snap, all expected amenities were provided, and Sean was VERY responsive to the few minor questions I had. Parking right outside the door in a private lot. In a wonderful location -- a one-block walk to Don Davis park (beach access down a short trail), and just a short distance longer to the quaint Nye Beach commercial district (shops/restaurants), and a few minutes' drive to the harbor and the bridge over to the aquarium. We had a lovely time, grownups and kids.
