Both bedrooms are upstairs with the living, dining, and kitchen all on the main floor. The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast.
Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home. This townhome is part of a 4 plex - if you need extra room, you can rent all 4 of the units, including The Beach, The Docks and The Mountains depending on your needs.

We had a great experience at “the Ocean” condo. It was better than the photos- very clean, very cute, and spacious. It had everything we needed- laundry, appliances, games and puzzles, etc. It was VERY close to the beach and the hotel had a great little coffee bar which we visited a couple times! We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the Yellow Door Townhome. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops at Nye Beach. Clean, comfortable, and quiet! Had a question about a unique feature to turn on the shower head, got a prompt response! Hint if you stay here, there's a pull DOWN on the faucet tag isn't really noticeable...but works great once we knew what to do :)

Clean, basic condo with great access to the beach. We managed a refrigerator odor that the owners plan to resolve. Had some amenities that were not initially there for the length of our stay, but they took care of it immediately! Great communication.

Great townhome close to the beach! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved that the patio could be opened up to the neighboring townhomes and we could go back and forth to the unit our family rented next door. Every amenity we could think of was provided- dishes, extra towels, washer and dryer, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone.

This apt is in a very convenient location—a short walk to an amazing beach and all the funky charm of the Nye Beach district. The bedrooms are spacious and the place was clean and inviting. Also if you have young kids the property is adjacent to a great playground!

Beautiful location, Nye beach is less than a 5 minute walk, it was less than 2 minutes to walk to a bench overlooking the ocean and watch the whales. There is a very good view of Yaquina Light House from the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hospitality and ease of registration, this townhouse is a wonderful place to stay for a few days or a few weeks.
