We loved our stay at the Louie Boutique motel. It was clean, comfortable and had such a fun vacation vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the hot tub each night. The local shopping, restaurants, and quick walk to the beach were also great. A wonderful weekend getaway for my husband and I, we'd definitely stay again.

Best stay ever!! Me and my partner booked this place for our 2 years anniversary and it truly was just the best place we have ever stayed. It was very clean, the amenities were incredible and it was super cute and comfy I really didn’t want to leave. We definitely will be staying here again.

We were just blown away with the place! Decor and design were so fun. Kitchen, living area, and jacuzzi setup was perfect for an intimate date night in. Backyard was a great place to watch the stars at night. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Entire place was very clean and put together. It's not often I find a place that is more impressive in person than the photos. You can tell a lot of thought and money was put into upgrading this motel at some point. These motels would also be great for a couples group trip since the rooms are so close together and given the gathering area in the front. We were so impressed and regret not being able to stay an extra night.

VIBES ARE IMMACULATE at The Louie!!! Honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this spot. I’ve told everyone I’ve spoken to that they need to come stay here. Truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The attention to detail, the decor, thoughtful touches… a dog towel and treat, like who thinks of that?!? The sound system and vibey playlist were a standout. Bed was super comfy, private jacuzzi was incredible. Location can’t be beat. It’s obvious these people know what they are doing and execute a level above. 10/10 experience all around, will continue to tell everyone to come stay here and we will be back!!!!

I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnbs but this was a favorite. Walking distance to the beach and great cafes and restaurants, only a short drive to the aquarium. It was so private and quiet and beautiful. I loved the hot tub!! Everything in the room was thoughtful, beautiful, and curated. The record player was a great touch!!!

Don't hesitate another second to book this place. It was private, peaceful, immaculate, and very walkable to shops, food, and the beach + central if you need a base to explore up and down the coast. This is top 3 one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Will absolutely be back next year !

Great location right next to the beach in Newport's main beachfront area. Place looked brand new, the private hot tub is awesome and it was very quiet at night too. Bed is comfortable - we had a king-sized room - and the mini kitchen was nice for making coffee or grabbing a bowl of cereal. The record player is a nice touch.

This was our 3rd stay at The Louie. We have stayed in different suites each time. This one (Sun King) has a wonderful secluded hot tub for 2. Fantastic. Also a small kitchen which was a nice treat. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Places are very clean and have a great vibe. We LOVE Nye Beach and Newport too.... so much to see and do. Check it out - the beach is very accessible and rarely crowded.... shhhh !!

Wow - what a beautiful place to spend a few nights. First, the space was spotless and I absolutely loved the decor - you can tell that everything was thoughtfully chosen. My room had a hot tub, which I was pleasantly surprised to find was in a private space. The hot tub was extremely clean and ready to use. Everything was spotless and clean. We really hated checking out and would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for the wonderful trip!

This Place is THE place. Just a few steps from the beach, this place feels like stepping into another era - cozy yet sophisticated, unique yet inviting. The private hot tub on the back deck was the crown jewel, perfect for unwinding under the stars. Inside, everything was spotless: the bathroom pristine, the shower refreshingly comfortable, and the bed - pure royalty. Think King Louis, but with modern pillows and no powdered wigs. The kitchen was gorgeous, the lighting set the mood, and every corner carried character and charm. It's the kind of stay that makes you pause mid-vacation and think: "Am I actually living my best life right now?" Answer: Yes. Highly recommended.

This place was a 10/10 stay. Everything is so thoughtfully designed and decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. Very walkable to the beach, shops, and many several restaurants. We loved the private hot tub and patio. Kitchen had excellent amenities and we loved having a tea kettle. The Louie! What a beautiful way to get away! We absolutely loved this stay, so much so that it’s now one of our saved favorites. We're definitely coming back and staying longer next time. Check-in was easy, parking was a breeze, and even though we arrived super late, the location was easy to find and well lit. Beautiful on the outside and even more stunning inside. Our unit was vibrant and fun in every direction—design details were *chef’s kiss*! The kitchen had exactly what we needed and more—the drink shaker and glassware were such a fun bonus. The ice machine and extras like coffee and travel toiletries were simply clutch. And to top it off, a cozy, quaint hot tub and back patio with bar stools, counter, and a grill (we didn’t get to use it this time but absolutely will on our next visit). The patio even had a radio knob that tunes into The Louie’s own station—How CUTE is that?! Loved, loved, loved the details!
