This home, located in the village of Yachats, sleeps up to 8 guests. It features a split-level entry with views from every room. The open concept living/dining area offers hardwood floors, a beautiful kitchen and a small deck that is a perfect place to sit and enjoy sweeping ocean views and to watch for grey wales during their migration.
Down the hall on the main floor are two bedrooms with queen beds and ocean views that share a full bath in the hallway. Upstairs to the next level you will find a wonderful primary suite that provides plenty of privacy. The ocean views from here are fantastic! With a King bed, a seating nook and its own ensuite bath you won't want to leave. The ocean view footed tub will call to you to relax and be mesmerized by the waves.
The lowest level of the home is a fun media room with a large sectional sofa, tv, and a combination ping pong/pool table. This space is perfect for the kids as there are 2 bunkbeds tucked away behind the media room. Step out the back door to your own ocean front saltwater hot tub to soak in after a day of exploring. At the end of the yard is a firepit for relaxing, sipping a favorite drink, and enjoying time outdoors under the stars.
From Whaley Nice you can head in any direction and enjoy a nice walk, either a short one to the village, or a long one along the coast with beautiful scenery on what is called the 804 trail. This home is oceanfront relaxation at its best year-round: equally dramatic and stunning in sunshine and during powerful and beautiful Oregon coast storms! Everything was as expected -- views and sounds of the ocean unrivaled. Home was comfortable, and also close enough to town for a short stroll for coffee, dinner and a drink.

What a magnificent location! Waking up to the view of the rugged basalt coast was absolutely breathtaking. The house is perfectly situated - you feel completely immersed in the beauty of Yachats, yet it's just a 5-minute walk to the market, restaurants, and everything you need. The home itself was clean, and communication with the hosts was seamless from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay. Watched sunsets, storms and waves! Felt like we were on top of the most beautiful ocean break ever. Great sleep and ocean view bath. Comfortable for kids and adults. Plenty of separation of space. Great beach vacation. True relaxation and reset in just 3 nights! We will stay again!

Awesome place and location. The house was as nice as advertised and the area is...well...Yachats. So stunning. The angriest, rockiest coast we have seen with great coastal views, scenery and hikes. Very short drive to "everything" Yachats. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to anyone and everyone.

Excellent location, exceptional views. Very spacious and well appointed kitchen. This was a fabulous stay for a girls weekend. We each had our own room, the hot tub was sparkling and actually hot and the grounds were beautifully kept.

We stayed 3 nights and this house was lovely. Our kids (ages 12 & 14) enjoyed finding starfish and other sea life in the tide pools. We loved watching the sunsets and how walkable the town was to grab dinner or ice cream. The house was updated and well stocked with everything!

Your search for the perfect vacation home on the Oregon coast is over! This property was BY FAR the most beautiful VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice! There is hardly a spot within the entire home that you don’t have a view of the ocean. The property was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit a couple times during our stay, and loved that it was walking distance to everything in Yachats. There is a lovely farmer’s market on Sunday. My personal favorite was the bathtub with expansive views of the ocean. It was such a relaxing and peaceful soak after exploring the surrounding trails. I will dream of this stay for years to come. What an amazing place to stay for our coastal Oregon vacation! I could not recommend this property more!

This is possibly my favorite place I have EVER stayed!! The location right on the coast with tide pools galore right outside your door was incredible, and the walk along the coast to get to the cutest little town was a dream. We saw so many whales and even a seal! The house and views are absolutely gorgeous, and the outside area with a hot tub and fire pit really added to the experience. My toddlers were right at home and our whole family agreed—we don’t think anything will ever top this stay!!

The views from EVERY room in this house are absolutely amazing. We saw many whales, and were generally mesmerized with the most stunning views. There are no barriers whatsoever between the house and the ocean. The house itself was gorgeous and very spacious. We did less sightseeing while staying at this house because it was hard to tear ourselves away from staring at the ocean.

This home is beautiful and it was a real treat to enjoy it over a crystal clear sunny winter weekend! The location is exceptional, perched directly on the coastline with breathtaking panoramic views that made every moment feel special. The house itself is very accommodating, spacious and equipped with most everything you needed for a relaxing stay. As two families with pre-school aged children, we appreciated the additional space downstairs and the children's amenities (books, pack and play, plates/utensils). The home was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy!
